Established in 1974, Civic Merchandising, Incorporated
started as an independent dealer of heavy equipment
spare parts. In 1980, the company expanded its operations
to include sales of used equipment, and a few years
later, began offering brand new machines.
Today, Civic is the exclusive distributor of leading
names in construction and mining equipment worldwide.
Since its inauguration in 1974, Civic has grown from
a three-man concern to a corporation of over 150 people.
Key
to the company's continued success is our commitment
to provide superior customer service. From the time
a client communicates his needs to us, we at Civic
work to ensure on-time facilitation of the order -
and not just until delivery for we also offer after-sales
support.
It is this commitment backed by a solid track record
of excellent client service that has allowed us to
sustain our market share over the last quarter of
the century
