Maintenance

We design personalized maintenance programs for purchased equipment based on your operations. Knowing that machines work under different conditions, our maintenance program will determine frequency of check-up, even required volume of original replacement components for your stocking.

Field Support

To minimize your unit's down time, Civic offers field support wherein our service personnel can go to your worksite and make the necessary repairs. This is ideal in cases where bringing in your equipment in our service shop may cause further delay to your operations.

Inventory

At all times, we keep an extensive spare parts inventory to supply the requirements of our clients. In cases where the parts needed are not available in stock, we can fly in your spare parts via air freight for delivery to you at the soonest possible time.

Training

Our service personnel, many of whom are trained abroad or trained locally by experts from overseas, readily share with clients tips on how to properly operate their units and, conduct daily check-ups. Arrangements can also be made for them to train your staff - at minimal cost.
